I have so much love and admiration for my mom. The older I get, the more I see our similarities, and it makes me grateful that I have her to call mom. I, too, sometimes chuckle reminiscing on scenarios and things that shaped our unique mother/daughter relationship.

I have always admired my mom's beauty. When I was a little girl, I relished watching her get dressed for fancy events and parties that she and my dad would attend. I would sit on her vanity chair as she got dressed, then move to the floor when it was time for her to put on her Fashion Fair lipstick. She would ask for my opini...
