Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

There are many beautiful residences in our community, especially in the hood. Houses that are well kept, nicely painted, yards mowed, and creatively decorated. You do not have to ride across Louisville Ave. in Monroe, LA, to see beautiful neighborhoods, they are on the southside of Monroe also! There is, however, lots of trash dumped mostly on the south side of Monroe. Sadly this is often done by residences, sometimes right across the street from their own homes.
