Friday, May 1, 2020, was a milestone in the life of Neville's Coach Rankins as he celebrated his birthday. His dedication to his job, helping and assisting students at Neville High School in Monroe, LA, for 56 years is commendable. Having crossed the threescore and twenty is truly a blessing from God.
