According to police reports, police were summoned to a domestic aggravated battery call at Chestnut Terrance in West Monroe, LA. The victim told police his girlfriend cut him with a knife while they were arguing. It is alleged that the suspect, Shacassity Y. Armstrong told her 11-year-old son to get a knife, which she used to cut the victim. When the suspect got the knife...
