Only True Political Representation Approved by God

April 30, 2020

God is the truth and the light. One can only serve God in spirit and truth. Both incumbent, and first-time candidates running in Monroe, Louisiana mayor/council elections, and other local, state and national elections, are reminded that true political representation is about true, inclusive, effective, efficient, and measurable service that improves the daily lives and communities of citizens. Incumbents and want-to-be elected officials are also reminded that if you are not a true servant of God’s goodness in your motivation to be voted into office in 2020 upcoming elections mentioned above, God who is judge, jury and executor of the truth will hold you spiritually and eternally accountable. While you may fool potential voters, or yourself about your record of service as an incumbent, or your platform, or promises if elected, you cannot fool God. There is a way that seems righteous to a man/ woman, but in God’s eyesight and judgment fails inclusion, and related fair share representations are prerequisites to an elected official’s acceptable works before God. All performa, dis-ingenuine, and self-fulfilling works are irrelevant, and unpleasing to God. God is a just God. God has no respect of person, color, class, race, religion, sex, or any other designations such as rich or poor. Neither should elected officials when it comes to equal representation of all people. God judges elected officials True representation, and not how long they have been in office, how experienced they are, how educated they are, how well respected or well-connected they are, what party, groups, church, clubs or Only True Political Representation Approved By God the righteous test. God tells a tree (man/woman) by the fruit it bears. One cannot be a fair and righteous tree, or true servant of God’s goodness, void of serving the needs, wants, desires, and wellbeing of the poor, less fortunate, overlooked, misrepresented, disadvantaged, disenfranchised and least among us. One cannot be a true servant of God’s goodness if his or her works and representation is unrighteous, self-serving, deceitful, misrepresenting, and hypocritical. God holds an elected official who swears or affirms an oath of office/service before him accountable to fully fulfill the oath. For an elected official to do otherwise, is to lie to God, and to whom the oath was made. Being an elected official carries a heavy burden and responsibility. It goes beyond empty promises, or the lack thereof. Only the fairness and equality of an elected official’s performance, delivery, services, resources, money distribution, assistance, growth, development progress, organizations, sororities, fraternities, orders, affiliations, economic or demographic status they have, or their station in life. To God there are no big or little people, greater, or lessor, important, or unimportant among us. Death is God’s equalizer for all mankind, and proof of His justice and fairness. Therefore, voters in the upcoming local, state, and national 2020 elections should consider all candidates equally. Please vote!!
