"The Lord Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want." Psalms 23:1 Brother William Green, Jr. was born on October 5, 1950 in Monroe, Louisiana to Mr. William Green, Sr., and Mrs. Louise Moore Green. He was baptized at an early age by Reverend C. L. Simmons. He was a lifetime member of the Beth Eden Missionary Baptist Church. William graduated in 1968 from Carroll High School. In 1970 he joined the U. S. Army. After his discharge from the military, he was employed as a postman for the U. S. Postal Service. He was married in 1975.
