With Ouachita Parish ranked 10th in Louisiana for Coronavirus Cases, P.E.E.P. 1411 Orange St. Monroe LA is trying to save lives by giving away 100 masks Saturday April 18 at 10am where residents can drive-through with a limit of two masks per car. The P.E.E.P. Organization knows how serious this virus is while helping to save lives.
