Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

An early morning fire on Wednesday April 15, 2020 is being investigated by the Monroe Fire Department. Firefighters answered the alarm on Mississippi Street in Monroe LA to a residential structure fire where three people were in the dwelling at the time of the fire. Two of the people were able to escape while one person trapped and died in the fire. A male victim Noah Bell Jr. was discovered on the 2nd floor of the residence. This investigation is being conducted by the Monroe Fire Department Investigative Division.
