Refuge International Healing Church Monroe LA celebrated Overseer Inez Walker's 29th Pastor's Anniversary Sunday March 15. Refuge International Healing Church held a celebration for Overseer Inez Walker's 29th Pastor's Anniversary with a sit-down dinner at Benoit Community Center Ballroom. Church members, family friends and City Councilman Kenneth Wilson were in attendance.
