John Efrem "Jay" Wilson of Hagerstown, MD, formerly of Monroe, LA, was born September 16, 1992 on the island of St. Croix in the United States Virgin Islands. He passed on Monday, March 23, 2020 in Ranson, West Virginia. Jay, as he was affectionately called graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, LA in 2011. He took classes at Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) but did not complete his course of study. He was active in the JROTC program at Ouachita.
