Harvey was a Carroll High School Graduate in Monroe LA. He was a father, grandfather and church deacon who saw the best in people. His loved for fishing kept him on waterways in his spare time. Harvey was a God-fearing man who realized where his help and strength came from. He was very humble and mild- mannered who worked hard and retired in inventory sales.
