"Celebrating 396 years, Dream...Imagine...Inspire, the Renaissance Committee Black Heritage 2020 Parade rolled through the streets of Monroe LA Sat. Feb. 29. The floats, bands, and marching units are getting more spectacular as the years pass. The Black Heritage Parade has become a celebration which people of color admire and look forward.
