Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

In the world which we live, the unconscious, wreck less and dreadful actions of others is frightening. Without disregard, we must always be on guard thinking of the worst, then reacting to situations faced daily. Its awful what the world has become. No community large or small is immune to disgusting violence. While we are living through tragic events, its not like there isn't warning, read your bible in Revelation. According to police reports, Suspect Louis O Winn 34, is accused of kidnapping and raping a female teenage girl in 2018. The alleged crime happened in 2019 on Fourth Street in Monroe LA, where the teen left a group home without permission. The suspect forced the teen in an unknown residence where the teen was raped and kept against her will until the next day. Police were called to a local hospital where spoke with the rap victim. The victim was given a rape kit which provided DNA on the suspect. The suspect was arrested Sunday February 23, and charges with first degree rape, second degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. There are three sides to every story.
