NAACP Founders' Program

The Ouachita chapter of NAACP held its founder’s Day program on Wed, Feb. 12, 2020 at St John Baptist Church in Monroe LA with an opening prayer by Rev. Robert Bradford. The 111-year celebration included welcome and occasion by Earlean Knox, greetings on behalf of the state by state officer Charles Heckard, membership appeal by Brother Wilson Wilson and Atty Varhana Burrelle.
