Smith 18 is facing some serious criminal charges involving a sexting complaint Saturday February 1. Facebook videos of the suspect and a minor participating in lewd acts were seen by the mother of the minor. The suspect and minor engaged in consensual sex at the suspect's home where the lewd acts were recorded on a cell phone. It was unclear how the videos got on Facebook and who posted them. The suspects was arrested and charged with two counts of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile. There are three sides to every story. This was one side of this story.
