After much prayer and discussion with my family, friends, and supporters, I, Carday Marshall am announcing my candidacy for the Monroe City Council District 4 seat.

Living in District 4 as a youth and now as an adult raising a family, I am aware of the good and the challenges that our area faces and will work hard to overcome those challenges with the support of the community.
