Mrs. Fannie F. Shorts turned 70, while at the age of 13, being told to her parents by two medical doctors, she would not live to become an adult. Recently Mrs. Shorts celebrated a blessed 70th birthday. Many thanks to her family and friends. Special thanks to her daughter Anitra S. Smith.
