Clarence E. Marbles passed away February 6, 2019 in Seattle WA. He was from Monroe LA where he grew up and graduated from high school. He moved to Seattle where he made his home. He was a life-long scriber of the Monroe Dispatch. Left to cherish fond memories is his wife Mary Marbles, his children and grandchildren.
