Doing good in another neighborhood is Legendary Dr. Louise H. Dunbar. Dr. Dunbar revived Carroll High School Monroe LA in the late 20th and early 21st Century being a visionary of the Carroll Magnet Medical Programs at Carroll Junior & Senior High Schools.
