Mrs. Ruby Pearl Virginia Ferguson Davis, mother of the late Mrs. Brenda Davis Mack made her journey Home on July 18, 2018, 3 months from her 100th birthday. "MaDea" as she was affectionately known by her six generations, was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Davis, her son Curtis Lee Davis and her two daughters, Shirley Ann Davis Cundiff and Brenda Veleria Davis Mack.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons Willie Otis Davis and Freddie Lee Davis, one daughter Delores Davis, and over 130 grand, great grand, great great grand and great great great grandchildren. Funeral services are Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 12noon at Zion Spring Missionary Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. Visitation is Friday, August 3, 1-5pm at Miller Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.
