Police secure area so a helicopter could land and transport an injured person.

On Monday, October 30, a man's truck was stolen in the late afternoon. The owner of the truck found his truck and the thief somehow, which remains unknown. The man confronted the thief somewhere on Owl St. in the Booker T. Community in Monroe, LA. When he caught the thief, who was allegedly his brother-in-law, he stabbed him several times. Upon the arrival of law enforcement, ambulance and paramedics, the victim was found in critical condition and needed to be airlifted to be saved. There was no place in the Booker T.
