Monroe Dispatch - No Struggle, No Progress

This past weekend, my two daughters, four grandchildren and I attended the Texas State Fair in Dallas, Texas. The highlight of the day was attending the 94th Annual State Fair Classic--Grambling VS Prairie View football game held in the Cotton Bowl. Grambling won the game 34-21. The crowds enjoyed the game, the fair, food, music, rides and excitement. Around 9 p.m., a band began to play on the fair’s main stage.
